Kali ini saya akan memberikan Tips mengenai perbaikan pada kerusakan ponsel hanya dengan menggunakan kode rahasia secara lebih detail, setelah sebelumnya saya posting trik memperbaiki ponsel secara garis besar.maka tips kali ini pengerjaannyapun sangat mudah dilakukan pada SmartPhone atau Ponsel yang mengadopsi Operasi System seperti Symbian, Linux, Windows Mobile maupun Palm..

Banyak pengguna ponsel bingung dan panik jika menemukan permasalahan pada ponselnya dan merekapun mendatangi pusat service ponsel untuk segera memperbaiki kerusakan tersebut. Dalam benaknya mungkin ada perasaan takut jika kerusakan tersebut dapat mempunyai dampak yang lebih luas lagi ,sehingga harus segera membawanya ke pusat service.

Sebenarnya ada beberapa hal mudah yang semestinya dapat dilakukan jika terjadi permasalahan pada ponsel anda , yang mungkin sangat mudah tetapi tak sempat terpikirkan dalam benak anda atau kemungkinan lain tidak mengetahuinya .Hal mudah tersebut adalah melakukan format dan reset factory setting jika ponsel anda mengalami permasalahan atau lebih dikenal dengan hard reset ponsel. Mungkin sebagian dari pengguna ponsel tidak mengetahui cara melakukannya atau merasa takut dan ngeri untuk melakukan format tersebut . Padahal dengan melakukan reset factory setting banyak sekali permasalahan ringan pada ponsel yang menurut anda berat dapat teratasi dengan melakukan hal ini.

Setelah dilakukan proses reset, Maka ponsel akan kembali standart. Beberapa ponsel SmartPhone atau ponsel yang mengadopsi operasi system seperti Symbian, Linux, Windows Mobile maupun Palm terdapat fitur pengaturan awal, juga disediakan prosedur untuk melakukan hard reset. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengembalikan semua system data ponsel pada kondisi yang benar-benar standar bawaan vendor. Sehingga semua file, contact, aplikasi dan semua yang diisikan setelah ponsel dibeli akan terhapus total, jadi sebaiknya kita mem-backup nya terlebih dahulu sebelum melakukan proses master reset.

Master reset juga berguna untuk “menyegarkan” kembali kinerja ponsel yang dirasa semakin lambat dan membersihkan sistem ponsel dari file-file sampah yang mengganggu sehingga seringkali mengakibatkan ponsel hang dan error.

Jadi Semua ponsel yang berbasis Symbian kebanyakan kerusakannya bisa di karenakan Software.Sebelum menggunakan perangkat perbaikan untuk software (repair box) Sebaiknya coba lakukan perbaikan sendiri dengan cara master reset pada ponsel. Metode Master reset pada tiap merk dan type ponsel pastinya berbeda,untuk lebih jelasnya lihat beberapa trik atau metode Master reset pada beragam ponsel berjenis smartphone berikut ini:
Berikut merupakan pengalaman - pengalaman kami dalam memperbaiki kerusakan ponsel dengan menggunakan kode rahasia dalam berbagai jenis ponsel :
1. Atasi Hang yang dapat membuat kinerja ponsel anda lambat atau tidak berfungsi sama sekali
2. Atasi Ponsel sering restart atau auto on of
3. Atasi Ponsel sering mati sendiri dalam beberapa menit atau jam
4. Atasi Tidak ada dering yang diakibatkan anda mengaktifkan menu switch off tetapi tidak mengetahui cara menghidupkannya
5. Atasi Tulis SMS tidak bisa tampil abjad /huruf tetapi yang tampil hanya Numerik atau angka saja
6. Atasi Tidak bisa tulis SMS dikarenakan foldernya hilang
7. Atasi Salah satu menu Icon pada ponsel tidak bisa diaktifkan atau difungsikan
8. Atasi munculnya pesan PHONE LOCK pada ponsel
9. Atasi Tampilan menu kacau dan tidak beraturan
10. Atasi virus yang masuk kedalam ponsel
11. Atasi munculnya pesan “application closed” pada ponsel
12. Atasi munculnya pesan “system Error” pada ponsel
13. Atasi munculnya pesan “Phone start UP CONTACT RETAILER” pada ponsel
14. Atasi 4 kali blink nokia pada ponsel Nokia seri symbiyan
15. Atasi kamera error sewaktu ambil gambar atau muncul pesan kamera NOT READY dan tidak bisa digunakan
16. Atasi munculnya pesan ” MEMORY FULL” padahal isi memory dalam kondisi masih banyak kosong

Beberapa hal penting yang harus diperhatikan sebelum melakukan perbaikan tersebut :
1. Ponsel akan kembali pada settingan awal seperti awal mula factory setting, sehingga data -data penting seperti Phonebook ,ringtone ,gambar dan aplikasi akan hilang.Gunakan software bawaan seperti PC suite untuk memback up data tersebut atau jika ponsel anda menggunakan Memory eksternal pindahkan data ke memory tersebut.
2. Hafalkan lokasi settingan bahasa, untuk mencegah perubahan bahasa tampilan yang dapat membuat anda bingung, terutama pada ponsel - ponsel yang anda kurang memahami menunya.
3. Untuk seri comunicator anda dapat menghapus file Officenya sehingga harus instal kembali.
Cara -cara melakukan Reset pada berbagai ponsel berdasarkan urutan kerusakan yang sering ditemui :
Nokia seri 60 :
· Pastikan baterai full atau minimal 1/2nya untuk mencegah gagal melakukan proses rebooting
· Sebaiknya jangan gunakan kartu memori karena dapat mengakibatkan kartu memory tidak terbaca setelah proses rebooting.

1. Proses reset dilakukan pada saat ponsel hidup dan menggunakan simcard
2. Masukkan kode *#7780# lalu akan tampil pesan notifikasi pada layar untuk melakukan reset , tekan OK. Setelah itu anda diminta untuk memasukkan security kode phone, masukkan kode standarnya yaitu 12345, Ponsel akan mereset data tersebut dan tunggu sampai proses selesai.Jika kode sandar sudah dirubah maka anda tidak dapat melakukan proses ini.
3. Masukkan kode *#7370# . lakukan proses seperti soft reset.

Langkah ini sangat efektif untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah pada ponsel seri 60

· Ponsel dalam kondisi mati dan menggunakan baterai ( penggunaan baterai sama seperti diatas)
· Lepaskan kartu memori
· Tekan sakelar On, setelah ponsel hidup segera tekan tombol” call + * + 3 secara bersamaan

· Setelah tekan tombol tersebut akan tampil pesan format pada layar ponsel , biarkan dan tunggu sampai proses tersebut selesai.

Langkah ini cukup efektif untuk mengatasi Phone start Up contact retailer dan 4x blink nokia.

Nokia seri 40 :
1. Proses reset dilakukan saat ponsel hidup dan menggunakan simcard
2. Ketik tombol *#7780# ,
3. tekan Ok
4. masukkan kode standar 12345
5. Tekan yes dan ponsel akan restart.
Langkah ini cukup efektif untuk mengatasi restart dan auto off pada ponsel seri 40

Nokia communicator ( 9210 ,9300 dan 9500)
1. Matikan ponsel
2. Lepaskan baterai dan memory eksternal
3. Tunggu sekitar 10detik lalu masukkan baterai kembali
4. Buka ponsel untuk melihat layar dalam, setelah layar dalam hidup segera tekan tombol CTRL + SHIFT + F secara bersamaan. Proses ini dilakukan sebelum tampil gambar tangan pada layar dalam.

1. Setelah itu akan tampil pesan notifikasi apakah anda akan melakukan format ponsel ?
2. Tekan ok dan tunggu sampai proses selesai.
Langkah ini cukup efektif untuk mengatasi hang , restart dan kinerja ponsel yang lambat. pada seri communicator
Nokia 7710 dan 7700 :
1. Matikan ponsel
2. Lepaskan baterai dan memory eksternal
3. Tunggu sekitar 10detik lalu masukkan baterai kembali
4. Ketika tampil tulisan nokia pada layar ponsel segera tekan dan tahan tombol kiri diatas tombol menu + tombol menu + tombol nomor dua dari kanan atas ponsel

. Setelah itu akan tampil pesan notifikasi melakukan format ponsel
· Tekan tombol proceed
· Tunggu sampai proses selesai.
Langkah ini cukup efektif untuk mengatasi hang dan menu sulit difungsikan.
